How does it work?
Book an on-demand winetasting and charcuterie service instantly through the BACCO website. Select a package and a local Sommelier based on your location. Then, just chill and wait for your tasting.
Are BACCO services available for under 21 years of age?
No! We offer wine tasting and charcuterie services for men, women, and non-binary 21 years of age and older.
Is BACCO safe?
All BACCO Pros are licensed, background checked and reviewed and trained before joining our team. We take safety for customers (and Pros!) very seriously.

Is BACCO available for special events?
Yes! We're available for weddings, corporate engagements, and special events.

Appointments
How do I prepare for a BACCO appointment?
We recommend setting up in a well-lit space with easy access to an outlet and a table for the Pro's tools. Grab a chair and chill.

How long will my appointment take?
Spending on how many services you request, times will vary. A single haircut takes approximately 30 minutes.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
No. Appointments cannot be rescheduled.
Our Pros
Who are the BACCO Pros?
BACCO Pros are licensed grooming professionals who have worked at some of the most distinguished establishments around the country. They typically want to earn more and have more freedom by working with BACCO.
Why should I choose a BACCO Pro?
We’re a platform built for you: "your business in a box." With BACCO, you keep a minimum of 80% commission on services, and we'll equip you with tools to attract new clients. All managed through the website. It’s like running your own virtual business.
How do I become a BACCO Pro?

Payment
How much does a wine tasing or charcuteries service cost?
BACCO. Pro set their own price point, so pricing does vary. The starting price for a tasting is typically around 700-850USD, but depends on your local Pros.
How much is my Pro paid?
BACCO Pros take home at least 80% commission on every service. (At a typical establishment the commission can be as low as 35-40%).
What is BACCO's tip policy?
Tipping is completely up to you, in cash or by credit following your appointment. BACCO does not take a commission on any tips.
What is BACCO’s cancellation policy?
Services cancelled by the client or BACCO PRO is prohibited.
